Refrigerator
Bring Car Refrigerator or coolers with you, depend on how your power supply system builtup, and your budget.

Power Supply is one of the most important thing for overlanding gears, some put on solar panel system, some just bring a portable power station, or both of them it can be easily get recharged with the efficient solar panel, Solar Saga 100W (sold separately) to provide green power. You can also use other flexible recharging ways with wall outlet, car outlet and electric Generator.

Another vital survival aspect is food, and if you love food as much as I do, it should be high up on your list. If you’re going Overlanding, it’s suggested you take non-perishable food on every trip.
Anything that requires little preparation and maximum calories without the fear of it going bad is a great food source to take.
Tool Kit
There’s going to be a time where things don’t go as planned. And while you may wish you had your full tool cabinet with you, it’s not really feasible. In which case, it’s advisable to have a basic tool kit with you at all times, especially a tire repair kit.
Final Thoughts
Overlanding is a fantastic experience when it’s done correctly. It can open you up to some genuinely remote place that most people could only dream of visiting.
But with remoteness also comes danger, which is why planning your next adventure is so important.
