Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 7 days

All orders placed and made payment before the Sunday, we will ship out the following Wednesday, except we are out of stock, we will notice you as soon as we see the order.

As our RTT are bulky items, only Truck Freight Service applicable, so overnight or urgent shipping is not available so far.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

These P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses are not acceptable, only physical address with a reachable phone number.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

The buyers will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number before cargo delivery time driver will call the buyer for receiving products.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Customize the following: Centori Outdoors is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Customize the following: Centori Outdoors is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
